Lead Record:  Lead Box


This section displays an overview of the lead.  It will show where they are in the lead management process.

  1. Click the downward arrow to expand the box.

  2. Click to discard changes and minimize the window.

  1. Fill out accordingly and as needed

  2. Anything in this area is for the office eyes only. This will display on the lead/customer file even when not expanded.

  3. Lead Manager: person in charge of the lead

  4. Lead Source, Secondary Source: how did the lead hear about Molly Maid?  Filling this area out will help with marketing data.

  5. Up-Sell Source: optional to fill

  6. Lead Status: the office can move them through lead management by updating this section in the lead file.

  7. Next Action: This can be updated in the lead file and in the lead management tab with what the next step is in lead follow up.

  8. Next Action Date: This can be updated in the lead file and in the lead management tab with the date of when the office plans on following up with the lead.

  9. Next Action Time: This can be updated in the lead management tab with what time the office plans on following up with the lead.

  10. Lead: you can turn anyone into a lead by selecting this box.

  11. Is VIP: when this box is checked, it will indicate that this is a very important customer.  A diamond will appear right above the contact box to indicate a VIP customer. 

  12. Do Not Service:    when this box is selected, a bomb will appear above the contact box in the lead file.

  13. Do Not Back-Market: when this box is selected, the lead will not receive any marketing material from Neighborly or Molly Maid.

  14. Exclude Marketing: when this box is selected, it would exclude this lead/customer from the Occasional 2 Recurring program.

  15. Active: This box should always be checked for leads.

  16. This section would be filled out if the lead has an estimate that was scheduled, and an estimator may then be assigned




  1. ID:  Displays if it is a lead or has a customer number assigned

  2. Type:  select Residential or Commercial accordingly.

  3. The rest of the items are auto populated by CLEO.

  4. Make sure to save.
