Lead Record: Lead Box
This section displays an overview of the lead. It will show where they are in the lead management process.
- Click the downward arrow to expand the box.
- Click to discard changes and minimize the window.
- Fill out accordingly and as needed
- Anything in this area is for the office eyes only. This will display on the lead/customer file even when not expanded.
- Lead Manager: person in charge of the lead
- Lead Source, Secondary Source: how did the lead hear about Molly Maid? Filling this area out will help with marketing data.
- Up-Sell Source: optional to fill
- Lead Status: the office can move them through lead management by updating this section in the lead file.
- Next Action: This can be updated in the lead file and in the lead management tab with what the next step is in lead follow up.
- Next Action Date: This can be updated in the lead file and in the lead management tab with the date of when the office plans on following up with the lead.
- Next Action Time: This can be updated in the lead management tab with what time the office plans on following up with the lead.
- Lead: you can turn anyone into a lead by selecting this box.
- Is VIP: when this box is checked, it will indicate that this is a very important customer. A diamond will appear right above the contact box to indicate a VIP customer.
- Do Not Service: when this box is selected, a bomb will appear above the contact box in the lead file.
- Do Not Back-Market: when this box is selected, the lead will not receive any marketing material from Neighborly or Molly Maid.
- Exclude Marketing: when this box is selected, it would exclude this lead/customer from the Occasional 2 Recurring program.
- Active: This box should always be checked for leads.
- This section would be filled out if the lead has an estimate that was scheduled, and an estimator may then be assigned
- ID: Displays if it is a lead or has a customer number assigned
- Type: select Residential or Commercial accordingly.
- The rest of the items are auto populated by CLEO.
- Make sure to save.
