Lead Management: Pursuing Status

Pursuing


Leads that have not been spoken to and are in process of the lead follow up process would reside in this bucket. 


There are four next action categories that can be chosen.  Typically, a good practice is if the customer wants an Estimate, choose Book Estimate. If the customer wants an OTC, you can select Follow Up on Pursing if you would like to distinguish the two.
