Feature/Enhancements:

1.  Workflow: Add Auto New Lead Automation

• This feature will work just like the pursuing leads automatically moving to auto-pursuing after a certain number of days. You will now have the ability for your New Leads to move to into the Auto-Pursuing program after a certain number of days.


• Select Auto-Start New Lead and Select # of days from the drop down

2. Lead Management: Next Action Time

• The next action date will highlight as past due in lead management based the date and time, not only the date.

Bug Fixes:

1.  Reports: Customer Master – Time Out issue:

• Fixed an issue where the customer master times out

2. Reports: Customer Export Grid – Last clean date

• Fixed an issue where the customer export report was not pulling the proper last clean date for prior inactive customers that have started new services

3. Communication Logs - AutoDial log: Time Tags Issues

• Fixed an issue where a tag associated with a time is used within auto dial message its displays funky encoding within the communication logs.

4. Customer Screen: Cleans Widget

• Fixed an issue where the N “for Note” was not being removed from the customer screen clean widget, when it was being removed from the route schedule.   

5.  Route Activity: Customer screen – Inactivating a CC not removing the primary flag

• Fixed an issue where if you have a customer and you are adding a new CC, if you make the old card inactivate but don’t remove the “Is Primary” flag on the old card it causes issues in route activity.

6.  Employee Screen: Dates saving date based on UTC time

• Fixed so the dates are saving for current date (not the date of tomorrow)

7.  Two Way Texting: Redundant Alerts

• For locations using Two Way Texting, you will no longer receive alerts in the alerts section, only in the Two-Way widget.
