Feature/Enhancements:

1.  Report: Cancels by Reason Grid Report update

• Change "Grand Total" to “Overall Average"


• Confirm total # of Customers is the same as the number in parenthesis next to the reason


• Confirm Cancel % column adds to 100%

2.  Customer/Lead Screen: Additional Change Log

• When selecting "Do Not Back Market" in the Customer widget on the Customer Screen, create a Change Log to track the occurrence.

3.  Settings: Enlarge Out of Office Message Box

• Enlarged the Out of Office Message box on the UDV->Communication Screen

4.  Price Increase: Add Restart Date Filter

• Add Restart date filter to the PIM search that would exclude anyone with a restart date after the date entered in the search field.

Bug Fixes:

1.  Report/Working Rate Employee Detail Grid:

• Working Rate Employee Detail Grid Duplicating Employees, also not filtering for Inactive Employees. Both items repaired.

2.  Report/Dashboard - Perm Cancel Percentage not calculating

• Repaired the Dashboard Perm Cancel Percentage Widget to update correctly.

3.  Lead Management Grid: Filters for Phone & Email Not Working:

• Repaired filtering the Lead Management Grid for Phone number and Email

4.  Setting: SITES Email Settings Fix

• Bug: when entering email usernames and passwords AND then removing them in Settings->Franchise Setup->Sites Util Services will throw an error.


• Fix: when entering email usernames and passwords AND then removing them in Settings->Franchise Setup->Sites the Util Services will clear the data and we will only pull up a value if it’s not blank OR not NULL.

5.  Message Templates: Credit Memo Tags

• Credit Memo Tags should be hidden in CLEO Message Templates, the credit memo is not a Molly Maid field.

6.  Two Way Texting - Text Group Errors

• Unable to reactivate an employee and re-add them to the text group. Repaired.


• When deleting a message group, the prompt does not disappear when you choose your response. Repaired

7.  Scripting/Billing Widget: Remove Territory Check

• Unable to save the Billing Address during Scripting was solved by remove the Territory check within the billing address script widget
