Release Notes

The Lead Export report is a new report designed to improve your lead management activities, whether you want a high-level view of all leads in your lead management system or a detailed view of specific leads in a certain status. For an overview of what constitutes a “lead” in CLEO, skip to point 5 below.

  • The Lead Export Report functions in a similar way to the Customer Export Report: The Lead Export report contains many columns and can be a very large report, depending on the reporting period you specify. Because of this, the report is run in the background and is delivered in an Excel format via email.
  • The new report is titled “Lead Export” and appears in the “Lead” section of your Reports:

3. You can filter your lead report by three parameters:

  • Date: This is the primary filter used for the Lead Export report. When you choose a date range, the report is created with leads that have an “Initial Contact” date in that date range. You can select your reporting period in one of three ways:
    • Use CLEO’s blue date buttons to filter leads by a pre-selected timeframe, -or-
    • Specify a specific date range using the datepickers, -or-
    • Select one or more week numbers
  • Site
    • If you use Sites, you can specify a site. By default, the selection is set to “All” sites.
  • Dead Leads
    • Check this box if you wish to include leads with the “Dead Lead” status
    • Keep in mind that if you are reporting for a large date range and include Dead Leads, your report may take additional time to be delivered to your inbox, and could contain thousands of rows (depending on the date range and tenure of your business)

4. Use the Email button to send the report to yourself or one of your team members, as shown below.

5. What is a “Lead” for the purposes of this report?
  • In short, a Lead will appear in the Lead Export Report if they never had a completed clean, even if they were converted to a Customer.
    • This means you will see Leads who appear in CLEO as “Customer” and have a Customer ID, since they were converted to a Customer at some point, but never had a completed clean
  • In detail, a Lead will appear in the Lead Export Report if they:
    • Never had a clean – this means the Lead/Customer has an Active address, but there are no active or inactive clean records associated with that Lead/Customer.
    • Have only canceled clean records (past, present, future)
    • Cannot fall into any of the Customer Export logic for what is considered an Active Recurring Customer, Inactive Recurring Customer, Pending Recurring Customer, or Occasional Customer.

As part of this release, we fixed several bugs as well:

When updating a Lead’s Next Action Time, in some cases the time you entered would not save. This has been fixed so that whatever time you enter will be saved.

The Service Estimate sheet was missing the Molly Maid logo. This has been fixed.

When an HSP joins a team midway through the day, the Management Analysis Report now takes into account the adjusted start time of the HSP instead of always displaying the original start time associated with the clean.

On the End of Week processing screen, if you click “Get Results” and then do not submit your results within 15 minutes, you will see a warning asking you to click “Get Results” again. This warning was added in line with the best practice to always click “Get Results” again after making any required updates to your week’s data and before you submit the week.
