Feature/Enhancements:
1. Lead Screen - Service Address Widget:
- Exposing the hidden fields in the Lead Screen Service Address Widget so it aligns with the Customer Address Widget.
2. Employee Time Worksheet
- Improve formatting for the Employee Time Worksheet
3. PIM - Performance Review and Adding Checkbox
- Use a modified code to improve performance
- Add checkboxes and a remove button to all for removing more than one customer at a time
Bug Fixes:
1. Lead Screen - Changing Lead Status / Next Action Fails to Update Grid
- BUG: When you change a lead status in Lead Management, there is not an automatic refresh to the grid. The left side bar does update.
- FIX: Add an automatic refresh for the LMS grid when changing a lead status
2. Lead Management Grid - Convert to customer when status changed to won
- BUG: If you change the lead status to won in the Lead Management grid it is not converting the lead to a customer.
- FIX: When a lead is changed to Won in the Lead Management grid, the lead will automatically be converted to a customer.
3. Email Failure Alerts
- BUG: Email Failure Alerts Not Getting Sent
- FIX: Add an email failure alert to the Alert area in CLEO to inform the franchise that emails failed to send.
4. Lead - Status / Next Action Changes Record in Contact log
- BUG: Lead status change record in the contact log appears when changing lead status in the customer record but doesn’t show when changed in the lead management screen. When the next action is changed but not the status a contact log gets created but only with the status
- FIX: When changes in lead status are made in Lead Management Grid, create a status change record in the contact log. Append any changes in "Next Action" in the log as well.
