CLEO – April 2022 Release Cliffs Notes

Feature/Enhancement:

1.  Mapping: New Mapping Groups

• Ability to see recent customer complaints on the map for complaints in the last 6 months


• Reset Map Data – removes all selected filters

Complaints on the map look like these and when you hover over the complaints, you will see more information

Bug Fixes:

1.  Reports: Scheduled Reports Error:

• Fixed an issue where you cannot schedule a report to be emailed.

2.  Lead Screen: Unable to transfer lead:

• Fixed an issue where the occasionally a lead is unable to be transferred

3.  Mapping Search Box Disappearing:

• Fixed a long-standing issue, that happened periodically, where the search box was not displaying on the mapping screen.
