Updating Your Clarity Integration Settings

To update your Clarity click to call settings, please follow the steps below:


In CLEO:

  • Navigate to Settings > Franchise Setup > Options > Phone System Setup.


  • On the Phone System Setup (screen), under Connection Status: Enter your Clarity Username and Password.
    • This should be the Admin username and password you use to log in to the Clarity website.

  • After entering your username and password, click the ‘Connect’ button.
  • Verify that your Click to Call is working.
  • We also recommend that you confirm incoming calling is working.
