Azuga/PHLYTRAC CLEO Integration

Part One:  How to get an Azuga/ PHLYTRAC

 

There are multiple options to get Azuga/ PHLYTRAC GPS devices.  

    Azuga – through GPS Track USA PTN vendor

  1. Communicate with GPS Track USA to get a new Azuga account set up.  732-391-4244 or sales@gpstrackusa.com

    PHLYTRAC – through Philadelphia Insurance

  1. If you have Insurance through West Insurance:  
    • If your insurance carrier is Philadelphia Insurance reach out to Geoff Raeff and he will assist in getting you setup with PHLYTRAC (a version of Azuga)
    • If you have another carrier, Geoff can look at the cost/benefit of switching to Philadelphia for your carrier.

  2. If you have Insurance through Philadelphia but not with West.
    • Reach out to your insurance agent about the possibilities of getting PHLYTRAC units.  
  3. If you are interested in the PHLYTRAC units, but do not have Philadelphia insurance.  Reach out to your insurance agent and see if they offer Philadelphia insurance and can do a cost/benefit of switching carriers   

Part Two:  Information you need about your Azuga/ PHLYTRAC account to input into CLEO.

  1. You should receive the following information to enter in CLEO
    • API Key
      • You can find the Webservices API Key by logging into your Azuga account a Admin a Users a Copy and paste your API key for your main user
    • Login/EMAIL
      • Use same login for the user for which you are using the API key
      • When you're filling out the OTA Vendor info in CLEO, make sure that the UserName field and WebHook Contact Email match the username in Azuga exactly, including uppercase/lowercase.

Part Three:   Install units in your vehicles

  1. Follow the instructions provided by Azuga/ PHLYTRAC to install units into your vehicles

Part Four: Remove Existing GPS Provider (if this is your first time with GPS you can ignore this step)

  1. Before you can load your Azuga information, you will need to make your current GPS provider inactive and remove any other GPS providers.  
  2. Go to Settings: OTA Vendor.
  3. Find your current GPS provider (that you need to make inactive) and click on the pencil in front of it.
  4. Uncheck the active box at the bottom of the screen and click save
  5. To Delete Vehicles and Devices: click “Delete Vehicles and Devices

Part Five:   Set up Azuga in CLEO

  1. In CLEO Create new OTA Vendor:  Settings: OTA Vendor and click the plus to add.
    • As noted in Part Four, do not edit the current vendor and devices you have.  You should have deleted the devices and vehicles from the previous vendor and made the vendor inactive before adding Azuga
  2. Once you click the plus the follow box will open for you to enter information
    • Vendor Name: Select Azuga (Beta) from the DropDown
    • Vendor GUID: Does not apply for Azuga – enter anything here
    • UserName: Enter your Azuga Login (see above Information you need about your Azuga/ PHLYTRAC)
    • Password:  Enter API Key (see part 2 API Key above in Information you need about your Azuga/ PHLYTRAC).  This is NOT your Azuga password.
    • Database Name: Does not apply for Azuga – Enter Your DBA here
    • Default Server:https://api.azuga.com
    • WebHook Contact Email: Choose an email address where you would like to receive notifications if GPS updates fail
    • Active: Make sure Active box is checked.
  3. Click “Save” and now you should see the information in your vendor list.
  4. To load the Azuga Vehicles/Devices Click “Reload Vehicles and Devices”
  5. Go to Settings: GPS Devices and confirm all your units are loaded
  6. Go to Settings: User Defined Values: Mapping.   Make sure GeoServiceActive is checked.  If you do not want emails sent to you when the Geofences are broken, check the Mute Geofence Emails.
  7. Also in Settings: User Defined Values: Mapping.  Make sure Show Geo Fence, Show Geo Fence Status and Enable OTA Devices are checked.      
  8. Go to Settings: Franchise Setup: Options: Options: in the search box at the bottom, type Azuga (see image below)
  9. Click on the pencil in front of “AzugaActive
  10. In the Value Box, type true (see image below) and ensure the active box is checked.  And Click Save.

Part Six:  Assign Devices to Routes in CLEO

If you do not properly assign the route numbers, you will not have accurate information in CLEO for the cars/GPS/routes.

  

  1. In CLEO you now need to assign route numbers to the devices in the cars.  (If you do not see the vehicles refresh CLEO) 
  2. Settings: Vehicles  
  3. You should see all the devices you loaded above and now need to assign them to a route and add any additional details, click the pencil in front of any car to add/edit additional details.  
  • Team: Select Team Number from the DropDown
  • Device: Should be prepopulated
  • Vendor Vehicle#: Should be prepopulated 
  • Reference:  Should be prepopulated
  • VIN: Should be prepopulated
  • Brand: Should be prepopulated
  • Year: Should be prepopulated
  • Color: Should be prepopulated 
  • Plate Number:  Should be prepopulated
  • Current Milage:  Should be prepopulated
  • Active: Make sure Active box is checked.
  • Click Save

 

Restart CLEO and you should start to see the vehicles populate in CLEO maps within an hour.  


NOTE:  Cleans will not populate times until the following day.
