RingCentral Setup

 

Set up RingCentral Account

                Contact bugs@mollymaid.com if you have any issues setting up your RingCentral integration. Follow the below steps to connect your RingCentral account to CLEO once you’ve had your main number ported over or set up is complete.

 

Verify your RingCentral Account in CLEO

1.  Open CLEO and go to Settings > Franchise Setup > [Options] -> Phone System Setup.

2. As “Phone System Provider”, select “RingCentral” and click “Save”

 

 3. Click “Connect”

4.  This will kick off the process for verifying your account. A window will pop up, requesting an Email or Phone Number. Enter your user name or phone number (make sure that it is the operator log in) and click “Next”.

5.  Another screen will appear, asking for a password. Enter your password and click “Sign In”.

6.  Another screen will appear labelled “Access Request”. Click “Authorize”.

7.  You will be authorized and returned to the Phone System Setup screen. You should be connected once you see “Re-Connect” and your information is displayed in the section “connected by RingCentral User”.  Make sure extensions are inputted into each user’s CLEO.  Any time there is a change to the extensions, make sure to click the “update Extensions” button to make sure the systems remain synced.

8.  You should now be able to receive screen pops when you receive a call at your connected extension, either on your RingCentral-provisioned phone or through the RingCentral Phone desktop application.
