Route Activity Icons and Quick Views

1. Clicking here takes you to the customer record


2. Clicking here takes you to the edit single clean record


3. If you are using Clarity or Ring Central, this is a click to call button


4. This is a click to text button


5. This unlocks the record – if you need to go back and make a change to this entry, you will need to click this button first before you will be able to make any changes.


6. You can temp cancel a clean from here


7. Clicking the Previous button – takes you to the previous record. Clicking Next - takes you to the next record


8. When this is blue – you can save the record


9. Clicking discard – erases any of the information that you have entered



10 . Clicking the check mark, plus or pencil takes you to the record



    • Check mark – you have already entered the data
    • Plus is the line that you are currently on
    • Pencil – information needs to be entered


11. This Green line is the customer who you are entering route activity for currently


12.  When there is a box that is yellow – it is missing information


13.  When the End Balance is red – the balance is not $0


       When the End Balance is green – the balance is $0
