7. Clicking the Previous button – takes you to the previous record. Clicking Next - takes you to the next record
8. When this is blue – you can save the record
9. Clicking discard – erases any of the information that you have entered
10 . Clicking the check mark, plus or pencil takes you to the record
- Check mark – you have already entered the data
- Plus is the line that you are currently on
- Pencil – information needs to be entered
11. This Green line is the customer who you are entering route activity for currently
12. When there is a box that is yellow – it is missing information
13. When the End Balance is red – the balance is not $0
When the End Balance is green – the balance is $0
