Route Schedule Views

Click Routes to review all cleans for a route.  The current day is highlighted in yellow.  You can see which route you are looking at by looking at the right side of the tool bar.

Click Overview to review the sales by route for the week by date.

Click All Routes for Week to review all scheduled routes for the week.  The current day is highlighted in yellow.

To view the routes by Day click ALL FOR DAY. In this screen OTA views are available to access. This screen has the OTA Detailed as default.

Within the ALL FOR DAY screen go to the OTA drop-down menu and click Overview. This gives an overview of all routes. 

The final view within the ALL for Day screen in OTA is planning.   From the drop-down bar, click OTA- Planning. This view provides an in depth look at the arrival slots for customers and helps to identify an scheduling discrepancies that may need to be adjusted.

Click Frequencies to identify frequency patterns within the route schedule. Each Frequency is identified by a different color code (Weekly, Alternate Weekly, Three Week, Monthly, Occasional)

Click Found to identify the cleanings for the customer you just searched for.

Click High Price Cleanings to view any cleanings that exceed the average pricing for cleans. They are green.

Click Initial Cleanings to view cleanings that are initial cleans.

Click Occasionals to identify cleanings that are occasional cleans.

Click  One-Times to identify cleans that are only once, they are pink.
