Route Schedule Tool Bar
Date
1. Go Back One Day
2. Go to Today
3. Go to a Calendar to Select Date
4. Go Forward one Day
Customer Search
1. Go to previous clean on the route schedule if there are cleans on the schedule)
2. Go to next clean on the route schedule (if there are cleans on the schedule)
3. Go to Customer Master
4. Clear the Search
5. Open Advanced Search
Customer Icons
1. VIP Customer
2. Recent complaint
3. Recent cancellation
4. Balance
5. Do not back market
6. Do not service
Customer Screen
Communication
1. Click this button to add
2. Click to edit
3. Shows this is a primary
4. Click to Call
5. Click to Text or Email
6. Shows Active (closed eye shows inactive
Customer
1. Click to Open this section
2. Save (currently greyed out because there is nothing to save).
3. Discard changes
4. To close this section, this cannot be done if it says Pend (7)
5. Pending: This means that there is a change that you made and you need to click save or discard
6. To Save your Charges
7. Close Section is Greyed out because you cannot close it before saving our discarding
Customer Main Page
1. Opens your Quick Actions
2. Opens Quick Print
3. Saves all information on the screen
4. Closes the customer or lead
Service Address
1. Opens the address for you to edit the details
2. Maps the address
Addresses
1. Allows you to copy Cleans to the Clipboard for this address
2. Opens Zillow and takes you to the address
