Effective April 15, 2022, these are the CLEO Cancellation Reasons and when you should use each one.
Cancel Reason | Description |
Breakage/Damage | Customer cancelled because we broke or damaged an item in their home |
Financial Problems | Customer reports they have a financial issue |
Health/Death | Customer has a health issue or has passed away |
Move | Customer is moving |
Not Serviced Recently | Customer continually temp cancels and needs to be permanently cancelled |
Office Cancel | We are "firing the customer" |
Office Mistake | Office accidentally added customer or made another mistake |
Overdue Balance | Customer is being cancelled because they have an uncollectable balance |
Pandemic Fear | Cancellation is related to the COVID 19 pandemic |
Price/Price Increase | Cancellation is due to price increase or other price issue |
Quality | Customer has an issue with our quality |
Schedule | Molly Maid is not able to accommodate the customers schedule preference |
Service Not Offered | Customer was looking for a service we don’t offer |
Short Term Cancel of Service | Customer is cancelling for a short amount of time for construction, is a seasonal customer or snowbird |
Suspected Theft/Trust | Customer is cancelling because they believe we stole from them or do not trust us in their home |
