Feature/Enhancements:
1. Customer Screen - Quick Launch to Schedule
a. Add a button that when clicked would jump you over into the route schedule and auto search for the customer.

Bug Fixes:
1. Route Schedule - OTA / TIH Not populating:
a. Fix the issue where TIH is not populating.
b. TIH will populate properly, if you see blanks, please click the Refresh drop down on the schedule and then select OTA Refresh.
2. Ring Central Phone Integration:
Current
When you get a call while already on a call, the Ringing pop-up has the wrong number.
Post Release
When you get a call while already on a call, the Ringing pop-up has the correct number for the incoming call.
Current
Click-To-Call takes 10 seconds from button-click to phone ringing.
Post Release
Click-to-Call takes only take a second or two from button-click to phone ringing.
3. Report – Customer Balance Detail:
a. Fix the issue that occurred when running the report, you check both show debit and show credit the report will also show 0 balance customers when it shouldn't
4. Report – Cancellation Analysis:
a. Cancellation Percentage appears blank in the summary in the View version
5. Report – Cancellation Analysis and Employee Cancel Analysis
In both reports we have removed Active / Inactive filters in the Employee name column add for employees whose status is inactive. If an employee inactive, it will be listed on the report.
