Feature/Enhancements:

 

1.  EOW Processing - Add Change Log to display logged data. 

  • 'Change Log' section should appear at the bottom of page.
  • 'Change Log' panel should be defaulted to collapsed (with an option to expand and open the log)
  • 'Change Log section should display a 'Search' and record count option.   
  •  Record Count should default to displaying 10 records at a time with an option to 'Show All' (more than 10 records) 


2.  Matching Lead Sources for Secondary Lead Sources

  • Add a matching Secondary Source to each Lead Source. 
  • This is needed so that Leads coming in through the WebSalesAPI with only a Lead Source can have both the Lead Source & Secondary Source defaulted to match.  

3.  Sales Tax Detail Grid

  • Add 'Clean Date' (column) to report
    • Clean Date (column) should appear after 'Customer' (column)
    • Clean Date should display the date the clean record was for (e.g. Daily Route date
  • Add 'Code' (column) to report
    • Code (column) should appear after the 'Clean Date' (column)
    • Code should display the Code that is associated with the clean. 
    • Display same 'Code' that appears on Customer > Cleans (widget) > Codes (column)

4.  Add Adjustment Type Ms. Molly Foundation

  • Adjustment Type added in Route Activity and Customer Balance Payments
  • Creating a way for you to track any Ms Molly donations that are included with a cleaning payment.
  • Customers and Totals will be included in the Customer Adjustments Grid


5. Hourly Process to Remove Inactive Batch ID from Payments

  • This is being created to help with the support tickets where batches have been made inactive, but they still have active payments associated with them.
  • Create logging also to continue to look for solutions.

6.  Employee Grid - Column Updates and Additions

  • Change Last Name to be Full Name; formatted:  Last, First 
  • Remove First Name (being combined with last name) 
  • Add Username after Full Name 
  • Add Primary Phone Number after Roles 
  • Add Primary Email after Primary Phone Number

7. Payment Finder Additional Options

  • Added 2 Additional Search Criteria:
    • Last 4 of CC
    • Auth Code:
  • Added 2 Columns to the table to narrow down options:
    • Last 4 of CC
    • Auth Code: 

Customer Opting out of Texting


1.  Two Way Texting > Opt Out - Additional Items in Widget

  • Added the message “Message not sent – number flagged as “Do No Text” below the message in the text widget that has not been sent.
  • Added the message “Number flagged as “Do Not Text” – message will not be sent below the text box Send.  


Bug Fixes:

 

1. Alert (popout):  Clicking 'Action' button for Alert Type: New Customer is producing an error.

  • Fixed a bug that was producing the error message TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'slice')
  • Post release when you click the 'Action' button, the customer screen will open.

2.  Report: Deposits > Report: Bank Deposit Naming Convention

  • Fixed a bug that was naming the Bank Deposit Batch DepositCCSlip 
  • Post release when clicking the 'Print' button next to a Batch, the PDF File that is created will be ‘DepositSlip'.

3.  Dashboard: Year to Date Revenue (widget) Data Issues

  • Fixed a bug that was causing the Year-to-Date Revenue widget to produce incorrect numbers based on the wrong logic. 
  • Post release the report will use updated logic to compare the same weeks from current year against same weeks from last year.

4.  Lead Source:  Leads from outside CLEO leads being created with inactive Secondary Source

  • Fixed a bug that when a request comes in with "SECONDARYSOURCEID": NULL - it's picking up the first ID that finds even if it's inactive.
  • Post release all primary lead sources have a secondary lead source that matches and that will be passed across the API to CLEO.

5.  Next Action: Lead converted to Customer with Next Action field empty.

  • Fixed a bug that was causing users to receive an error message (Error:   'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.') and were unable to save changes to customer/lead information because Next Action field was blank.  
  • Post release when customers are converted the Next Action will not be blank.

6.  End of Day / Week > Route Activity:  Issues with how Existing Balance / Total Payment is handling Payments with Payment Dates before Clean Date

  • Fixed a bug that was causing balance issues when users were adding a payment through Route Activity on a date before the clean date.  
  • Post release when payments are added through Route Activity before the clean, the balance will calculate correctly.
