CLEO – February 2023 Release Cliffs Notes 

Feature/Enhancements:

1.  Parsing Improvement ePN - CC Tokenize Postback

• Parse by token, not by index due to a change on the ePN side to order data on their postback

2.  Ability to Send Text Including a URL

Bug Fixes:

1.  Reports - Weekly Activity Statistics not generated when running from the report’s menu.

• Fixed the bug that was causing an issue running the Weekly Activity Statistics report from the report’s menu.          

2.  Reports - End of Week - Error when run by specific site.

• Site selector has been disabled for locations not reporting royalty by site.

3.  Estimate Options Screen - Not saving updated values.

• Fixed the bug that was causing the screen to refresh but not update the values on the estimate option setup screen.  

4.  Customer/Lead Screen - Estimate - Issues with Widget 

• Fixed the bug that was causing the widget to blank out the data.

5.  Two Way - Texts going to Wrong Franchise 

• Fixed this issue by delivering the message to the phone number indicated in the text, not send it to the franchise that might have the number associated with the sender.   

6.  Click-To-Call Not Working from Route Schedule

• Fixed the bug that was preventing the Click to Call from working on the edit clean appointment screen.

Fixed additional End Of Week Issues:

1.  Weekly Activity Statistics pages start at 0.

• Fixed to start counting as 1 of

2.  The Revenue Trend Widget does not populate the most current closed week.

• Fixed to re-add the most recent closed week.

3. Incorrect Estimate count

• Estimate count is correct in the end of week screen, the bug was duplicating records.

4.   Discrepancy on the Weekly Activity Statistics report for the number of Temp Cancels in the header vs. the number of customers in the Temp Cancel category on the End of Week and the list of customers on the report

• Fixed to ensure all three places have the same number of customers.
