Creating OTC Availability

1.  In Franchise Setup Options: Zones

2.  Confirm you have an Cleaning Zone – This should be blank.

  1. NOTE do not select Specialty Zone Estimate

3.  Confirm the Zone has an Active Calendar.

4.  Confirm all zips for that zone are included and SAVE.


*Note, a zip code can only be in one Cleaning Zone* 

5.  Go to Files: Teams to set up your Holding Route

6.  Select Holding at Route Type

7.  Make sure the SITE here, matches the SITE for the zone you just set up.  You also need to select a route color. And SAVE.


*Note, each zone needs its own holding route for availability*

8.  Go to Settings: Setup Availability Schedule

9.  First Click Schedule Template

10.  The schedule template will now display.

11.  To add a new schedule availability template, click the plus and a new template will open.

12.  Select the Route you created for your holding Route

13.  Select the Zone you created for this Route above.

14.  Select the AM or PM Zone

15.  Enter the number of Slots

16.  Select the day(s) you want this slot available.

17.  Make sure the active and show to call center/web is checked Click Save.

18.  Now the button at the bottom will be available, click that to recalculate the next 180 days.

*Note whenever you make a change to an availability, you need to Recalculate Next 180 Days”

19.  Go to the Route Schedule; Holding Route to verify you see the availability.

20.  Right Click in the Route # box and select Edit Availability.

21.  Verify the information you just added appears in the box.
