Creating Estimate Availability

1.  In Franchise Setup Options: Zones

2.  Confirm you have an Estimate Zone

  1. Estimate Zones will have Specialty Zone Estimate

3.  Confirm the Estimate Zone has an Active Calendar.

4.  Confirm all zips for that zone are included.

*Note, a zip code can only be in one Estimate Zone* 

5.  Go to Calendars and Tasks

6.  On the calendar Left Click and Drag down where you want the Estimate Availability – the calendar will grey that slot and a box will appear.  The time you selected will also appear below in the Time Box.

7.  Change the TYPE from Note to: Estimate Availability – when you make this change, the fields you will need to complete will update.

8.  If you have more than one Estimate Zone – make sure the Zone, is the correct Zone you are setting up availability for.


9. Enter the quantity of estimates you will have in this availability.

10. If you want this to be a recurring availability slot, check this box.  Once you check it, additional options will become available.


11. Select the recurrence of weekly, monthly or yearly – Weekly is the most common recurrence.

12. Provide the additional details, typically every 1 week, and then you select the day(s)  of the week.

13. Most recurrence patterns have No End Date

14. Review your new availability on the calendar to make sure its at the correct time and on the correct days


15. Make sure you see the three important parts of an estimate availability:

  1. Estimate Availability #
  2. Estimate Site
  3. Correct Type: Estimate Availability
