Use the grid to find information about items that are on your calendar.
1 | Add Item to or Export the Grid | Automatically opens to the current date. You can select any date you want to see. |
2 | Type | Use the drop down to search for the type of calendar item. |
3 | Category | Use the drop down to search for the category of calendar item. |
4 | Subject | Type in this box to search for key words in the subject of the calendar item. |
5 | Priority | Use the drop down to search for the priority of calendar item. |
6 | Status | Use the drop down to search for the status of calendar item. |
7 | Assigned To | Use the drop down to search for who the calendar item is assigned to. |
8 | Tied To | Use the drop down to search for which calendar the calendar item is tied to. |
9 | Date | Type the date of calendar item in the search box |
