Automated Lead Nurture Program: Logs and Report

1)  Communication Log

The Communication log will show you the exact message that was sent along with the phone number and email it was sent to.  This log can be exported.

2) Contact Log

The Contact log will show some basic information about the message that was sent.  This log can be exported.

1. Type of Message Sent
2. Lead Status
3. Next Action and day number

3) Lead Nurture CMR Grid

To use this grid report you will:

1. Select the date range
2. Select Program (All Auto, Auto Pursuing or Auto Unclosed)
