Automated Lead Nurture Program: Set Up

You need to set up your Communication Defaults in CLEO: Settings; User Defined Values; Communication; Customer Notification Defaults.  


Make sure that Customer Email and Customer Text are checked like below

How to make sure your Lead is set up properly 




  1. In the Lead contact, make sure they have a Cell Phone set up for texting




  2. In the Lead contact, make sure they have an email address set up for emailing




  3. In the Communications Tab, make sure they are set for Customer Texts




  4. In the Communications Tab, make sure they are set for Customer Emails




  5. You can have more than one Cell Phone and Email for a customer
