To remove a consumer who has asked to unsubscribe/be removed from our emails/texts:
- Open the lead record for the lead you need to unsubscribe
- Change the lead status to Dead Lead and the Next Action to None
- Check the Do Not Back Market box
A correctly opted out lead will look like this:
