Automated Lead Nurture Program: How to review in Lead Management

Lead Management: Pink Leads


When managing your “Auto” leads, you need to look for those that are Pink/Past Due Message.  In these statuses, pink is a cue that the lead has:



  1. A message that was unable to be sent 

  2. A lead that has completed the auto process


In this example, (2) Auto Pursuing lead need reviewed:

Lead #1: This lead is past due for its next CRM message and it is unable to be sent


Lead #2: This is a Ready For Dead Lead: You need to start your dead lead processmceclip1.png


1) Lead Management: Message unable to be sent


Determine: Why is a message unable to be sent



  1. Email Address Missing

  2. Cell Phone Number Missing (in this example its a cell phone number)

2) Lead Management: Dead Lead


This lead has completed the Lead Nurture CRM journey and has received of the messages
