1. Reports - Overall Working Rate Report
a. Inactive customers will be excluded from showing in the overall working rate report
2. Customer Screen – Add Temp Cancel Quick Launch on Cleans widget
a. Add a quick launch button to the cleans widget that would jump you to the temp cancel screen on the schedule.

3. Message Template - Estimate Pricing Tags
a. Pricing tags can be included in your message templates. The pricing will be based on the pricing in the customer screen, estimate widget. If you have one estimate it will use that data, if you have more than one estimate, you will need to mark one as the primary.

Bug Fixes:
1. Route Schedule - Open Schedule Quick Launch:
a. Fix the issue where you used the quick action and clear the name on the search, but when you open the schedule back up, the customer pops up again.
2. Customer Screen - Reverting Customers back to Lead
a. Fixed the issue where you try to change an existing Customer back to a Lead, the Checkbox on the Customer Screen Widget does not convert the Customer back to a Lead.
3. Customer/Lead Screen - Customer Type Drop Down shows option not related to CLEO

4. Lead/Customer Screen - Address Save Issue:
a. Fixed an issue where the availability count was not adjusting correctly on the calendar itself (external availability worked correctly). If you had two estimate slots available for 12 noon and two estimates booked for noon on the calendar it would still show (1) as the count
5. Lead/Customer Screen - Address Save Issue
a. Fixed an issue where if a call center sent us a bad address that CLEO couldn't get a proper latitude/longitude for it would record those fields as NULL in the DB. When an end user would go in to fix the address CLEO would not allow the user to save them.
6. Price Increase Module - Must click next twice to move forward
a. Fixed an issue where if you are editing a customer’s price in the PIM you must click next twice to get it to move forward.
7. Price Increase Module - Company Message Tag Not Populating
a. Fixed an issue when the company name message tag is used in a price increase letter it doesn’t populate.
8. WebsalesAPI - Auto Set Geofence Size when adding in an address
a. Fixed an issue to ensure when creating a new address record in CLEO it always set the Geofencesize based on the offices UDV default geofence size.
9. Message Template - New Message Template - Notification Type missing Next Clean notification types
a. Fixed an issue to ensure when creating a new franchise message template, the notification type options of: Next Clean SMS, Email and Autodial are selectable and not filtered out.
Two Way Texting Improvements:
1. Reports - Texting Reports
a. When single/multiple pictures come across in the same text message they now display correctly in the report.
2. Two Way Texting - Polishing
a. Ability to receive multiple photos sent in the same message
b. Ability to receive SMS messages and photos in the same message
c. Allow messages to be marked as unread
3. Two Way Texting - Bugs
a. Fixed an issue where workflows are generating a message to appear in two-way chat client
b. Fixed an issue to stop new text popup when sending a text message to a person for the first time
