CLEO – December 2021 Release Cliffs Notes

Feature/Enhancements:

1. Reports – Compensation Export

• When saving the file have the file name get saved with the MLY WK number in it.

2. Report – Employee Export

• In the employee export report make is so the time doesn't export in any of the date fields on the report.

3. Workflows – Lead Automation in Lead Nurture Auto Pursuing and Auto Unclosed Opp

• Auto advance to the next step if a lead doesn’t have a cell or email


• Currently, if there is no cell phone or email, the lead will not advance to the next step in the workflow.


• After the release, the lead will advance, and a note will be included in the contact log that step was skipped due to no number/email existing

4. Mapping – Zip Code Overlay

• Addition of a Zip Code layer to the CLEO Map

Bug Fixes:

1. Scripting/WebsalesAPI:

• WebsalesAPI – Removed "from custom call" from contact log when adding an estimate via the websalesapi.

2. Employee Screen – Reactivating Employees Pending Issue

• In CLEO we reactivate employees by removing the termination date. When the date is removed CLEO auto flips the employee back to active before the release the employee is getting into a pending state, after the release the bug will be fixed, and it will just save the change.

3. Lead Management Screen – Overlapping popups

• When on the lead management screen if you click the ad hoc text control and then click another one they will overlap. Just make it so that if a second one is clicked it closes out the previous one.

4. Calendar – Issue with marking a calendar event complete but the alert doesn’t get cleared.

• Marking a calendar item complete via the right click menu on an item on the calendar doesn't clear the Alert. Fixed the bug so if there is an estimate alert and you mark the actual estimate as complete it will also clear the alert.
