How to Setup Website Availability

After Hours and Saturdays

Summary

The mollymaid.com website now allows you to offer appointment availability after hours and on Saturdays to better fit customers’ busy schedules. Offering availability outside of standard work hours can increase lead conversion and help you acquire new customers. The website can now display:

• Estimate availability after hours (through 8pm) and on Saturdays
• OTC / MIMO availability on Saturdays (with Saturday pricing)

You can begin offering this additional availability by updating CLEO and you’ll immediately see the changes on your website.

The required CLEO setup includes:           

1. Update your Calendar Start and End times to extend through the latest estimate appointment you wish to offer
2. Add Estimate Availability as desired after-hours and on Saturdays on the Calendar and Tasks screen 
3. Update your OTC Availability to include Saturdays
4. If you are offering OTC on Saturdays, confirm that you are offering the correct Saturday pricing for OTC / MIMO

Availability Options

The website can display the following availability if CLEO is properly configured:

• Saturdays:
  1. One Time Cleans (including MIMO): displayed as AM or PM blocks
  2. Estimates through 8pm: displayed as hourly slots
• Weekdays:
  1. Estimate through 8pm: displayed as hourly slots

CLEO Setup Steps

You will need to setup CLEO to display Saturday and/or after-hours availability. Follow the instructions below to complete your setup.

You will need to update your Calendar Start and End times so that you can create and manage Estimate Availability

1. Login to CLEO
2. In the left sidebar, click Settings, then click User Defined Values
3. Click Calendar
4. To set Calendar Options, click the calendar icon and choose the desired hour for Start Time and End Time.
5. If you want to offer Saturday estimates, select “Calendar – Include Saturday”
6. Click Save

If you choose to offer One Time Clean Saturday availability, follow the steps below to setup availability. These steps assume you have completed #1 steps above, and that you have at least one Estimate Schedule Template setup. If you do not have at least one Estimate Schedule Template setup, see [].

1. Login to CLEO
2. In the left sidebar, click Settings, then click Setup Availability Schedule
3. Click the Schedule Template button
4. On the Setup Availability Schedule page, choose a Holing Route from the table by clicking the pencil icon
5. You should see Holding routes listed in the right-side table. For any Holding routes with no checkbox in the Saturday column, click the pencil icon to edit the route
6. Click the Saturday checkbox
7. Click Save
8. Click “Recalculate Next 180 Days”

If you choose to offer after-hours / Saturday Estimate availability, follow the steps below to setup availability.

1. Login to CLEO
2. Click Calendar & Tasks
3. Using your right click and drag with your mouse on the calendar to create a new time block
4. Choose Type: Estimate Availability
5. Assign the desired Zone (if you have more than one Estimate Zone)
6. Update the quantity with the desired number of appointments you want to open up during that time (make sure to specify at least one appointment)
7. Make sure Active and Visible to Web are both checked
8. Recommended: Click the Recurring checkbox and then select the desired recurrence pattern

By default, if you use a weekly view in CLEO’s Schedule page, Saturday will be visible. However, if you are viewing Schedule in a weekly format Saturday is not visible, go to: Settings > User Defined Values > Schedule and click the “Include Saturday” option in the Schedule Options section.
