Auto Leads:  User Defined Values

1. Check this box to advance leads with no communication method. For example, if no email was collected CLEO will automatically advance the lead to the text follow up and vice versa.


2. Click the Auto Start Pursuing if you wish to have CLEO begin auto moving the lead from Pursuing to Auto Pursuing.


3. Select the number of days that you would like to have CLEO wait before moving the lead to Auto Pursuing. This will allow the office to manually follow up on the lead before it is automatically moved from Pursuing to the auto pursuing category.  This will be based off the next action date.  For example, if the wait 5 days is chosen then the date that this lead would move to Auto Pursuing would be 11/10/21 if the next action date remains unchanged from 11/5/21.
   


4. Click Auto-Start Unclosed Opportunity should you wish to have CLEO begin auto moving your leads from Unclosed Opportunity to Auto Unclosed Pursuing.


5. Select the number of days you would like to have CLEO wait before moving the lead to Auto Unclosed Opportunity. This will allow the office to manually follow up on the lead before it is automatically moved from Unclosed Opportunity to the auto unclosed opportunity category.  This is based off the next action date.  For Example, if the wait was 9 days is chosen then the date that this lead would move to Auto Unclosed Opportunity would be 1/14/22 if the next action date remains unchanged from 1/5/22.                         
   


6. Select Auto-Dead to have CLEO automatically dead lead all leads in the Auto Pursuing and Auto Unclosed Opportunity who have finished the journey.  This will occur nightly during the wee hours of the morning. 


7. Enable O2R Processing if you want CLEO to automatically move your One Time Cleans and Occasionals to this bucket so that you can follow up and attempt to convert them to recurring customers. Customers will be moved to the O2R bucket once route activity has been completed.
