Updating your email password
From the main menu select Settings > Click on User Defined values
Click on Communications at the top
On the right side you will see username with your email and password with small dots.
Take out the password and enter your new one.
Click Save in the top Right corner
Send out a test email and then go to reports, locate communication history grid.
Run the report and look for a date and time on the email you sent out. It may take a few minutes, but you will see a date populate. If you get an error, that means the password is still incorrect.
