  • Settings for Zone: each estimate options page is associated with its own one-time clean zone. If the office has multiple zones, the one-time clean zones will appear for selection from the drop down so that the office may institute a pricing structure that is specific to a set of zip codes.
  • Pricing Rates:
  1. Minimum Hours for occasional: the minimum number of hours that an office is willing to go out to service an hourly clean. This is overridden if the hourly clean detail pricing grid is turned on.
  2. Minimum Occasional: Hourly rate multiplied by minimum hours for occasional. This is the minimum dollar amount that an office is willing to service an hourly clean. This is overridden if the hourly clean detail pricing grid is turned on.
  3. Minimum Recurring: Minimum dollar amount that an office is willing to service a recurring clean.
  4. One Time Clean Rate: Hourly rate for one time and initial cleans.
  5. Move In/Move Out Rate: Hourly rate for a Move In/Move Out Clean.
  6. Show Saturday Occasional: Click the box if Saturday cleans are performed. This will expand the section and allow for the office to input pricing specifically to Saturday.
  • One Time Clean Rate (Saturday): One time and initial hourly rate specific to Saturday.
  • Move In/Out Clean Rate (Saturday): Move In/Out hourly rate specific to Saturday.
  1. Hourly range span for Initial/Hourly: The gap between the low-end and high-end quote for an initial or hourly clean. This is overridden if the hourly clean detail pricing grid is turned on.
  2. Hourly range span for Move In/Out: The gap between the low-end and high-end quote for a Move In/Out clean. This is overridden if the hourly clean detail pricing grid is turned on.
  3. Regular Clean Rate: Hourly rate for recurring cleans. This is used in the recurring quick quote calculations.
  • Size Estimates for Recurring: Base price per square foot range used to calculate the weekly recurring rate. This only considers the square footage and kitchen of the house and not any additional rooms or activities. To check if this section has been updated, the under 1500 sq ft should be half of the recurring rate.
  • Room Pricing: This section is used with the Size Estimates for Recurring to calculate the weekly recurring price. Consider the average time it takes to clean each room in relationship to the recurring hourly price for a team of two.
  • Estimate Range Percentage: The percentage used to determine the low and high end of a quote based on the price that CLEO calculates with the information provided.
  • Frequency Increase: Each office can utilize percentage or dollar increase for each frequency from the weekly price. Keep in mind that each frequency will use the designated percentage or dollar to calculate from the weekly recurring price.
  • Optional Service Pricing: Add on price to clean a refrigerator or stove/oven. Consider the average time it takes to clean these items in relation to hourly rates.
  • Estimate Tax Options: For businesses that are in states that require the estimates to show the clean amount separate from the tax amount. This will be displayed on the CLEO generated estimate sheet and the estimate section in the customer/lead file once the office has selected the proper tax authority.
  • Recurring Quick Quote Settings: Typically used to provide a quote over the phone with a range of what the recurring price could potentially be based on limited information.
  1. Weekly Rate Factor: Time it takes to clean a home within a particular square footage weekly.
  2. Frequency Increases from Weekly: Percentage increase for each frequency from the weekly price.
  3. Estimate Range Percent Increase from Low Rate: The percentage used to determine the low-end and high-end quote from the CLEO calculated price.
  • Hourly Clean Detail Pricing: Allows the office to determine the low-end and high-end quote for hourly cleans by square footage. This is what the website, call center, and script use to determine a quote for an hourly clean. If this section is turned on, it will override certain sections under the Pricing Rates category (Minimum Hours for Occasional, Minimum Occasional, Hour range span for initial/hourly, and hour range span for Movie In/Out).
