Lead Record:  Estimate Box

The Estimates box allows the user to complete an estimate from the lead/customer file.  If the Estimator App is used, the completed estimate will display in this area.  Multiple estimates may be stored in this area.  All pricing is pulled from Estimate Options tab of CLEO.

When this box is expanded it looks like this:

This is the Quick: No View

This view allows the user to input detailed data regarding the clean to generate an estimate for recurring, initial/hourly, and Move In/Out cleans.

This button will be grayed out until the estimate has been saved.  Once the estimate has been saved, it will allow the user to print.  If the zip code is not assigned to a zone, it will not allow the estimate to be printed and an error will pop up.  To fix this, add the zip to the appropriate zones.

  2. The paper plane icon will allow the user to email the estimate to the lead/customer. This will be grayed out until the estimate has been saved.  Once the estimate has been saved, it will allow the user to email the customer.   If the zip code is not assigned to a zone, it will not allow the estimate to be sent and an error will pop up.  To fix this, add the zip to the appropriate zones.

  3. The star allows the user to set a specific estimate as the primary estimate. If you use the Estimate pricing tags, it will pull the data from the primary estimate.  If you do not make a primary, the tags will pull the most recent estimate.

  4. Save Icon allows user to save the estimate and any changes made.

  5. The discard button allows the user to discard the changes made if the items have not been saved.
