CLEO Rough Pricing Worksheet Instructions: Percentage Increase
Welcome to the instructions for the CLEO pricing worksheet. This worksheet is intended to
help you confirm that the pricing you have in CLEO is accurate for your business for your
hourly, move in/move out, Saturday and quick quote recurring customer pricing.
The CLEO Pricing Worksheet has multiple tabs. Make sure you are using the Calculation
Sheet Percentage tab. You will enter your pricing into the chart at the bottom of the page in
the section labeled “Enter your CLEO Pricing Information in this section”
Step 1 Pricing Rates:
Enter your hourly rate for each customer type in the box:
C36 – Will be used to calculate quick pricing for Recurring customers
C37 – Will be used to calculate price ranges for One Time cleanings
C38 – Will be used to calculate price ranges for Move In/Move Out cleanings
Step 2 Estimate Range Percentage:
Enter the increase over the low price for your spread for recurring customers. These boxes
are used to create your price ranges for customers of different frequencies, for a smaller
spread enter a smaller number, for a larger spread enter a larger number.
C40 – Range for Weekly
C41 – Range for Every 2 Weeks
C42 – Range for Every 3 Weeks
C42 – Range for Every 4 Weeks
Step 3 Frequency Increase:
Enter the increase percentage over weekly for your recurring customers.
These boxes are used to create your prices for customers of different frequencies, they are all
based on an increase over your weekly price.
C45 – Every 2 Weeks
C46 – Every 3 Weeks
C47 – Every 4 Weeks
Step 4 Square Feet per Hour:
Enter the square feet your teams can clean per hour in column F (or you can leave as is). The
numbers in the sheet are the LMS calculation numbers and are the system standard.
This will affect number in columns G, K, O and S for calculation purposes. If you need to
adjust the amount of square feet that your teams can clean per hour, you will do it in
Column F. If you decrease the square footage, it will increase the price.
Step 5 One Time Hours:
Enter the minimum hours for a one time clean at each sq foot range in column W. The
numbers in the sheet are the LMS calculation numbers and are the system standard.
Adjusting this column will affect columns Y, AC and AE.
If you need to adjust the minimum hours for an hourly cleaning at a specific square footage
range, you can adjust column W. Columns Y, AC and AE are also based on these minimums.
Step 6 Hourly Clean Range:
Enter the range between hours you want to use for the clean type below (you can also
manually edit columns W, Y, AC and AE).
If you need to adjust the range of hours for a One Time or Move In/Move out cleaning, you
can enter the range here. If you want to enter a range at specific square footage range,
you can adjust column W and Y for One Time Cleans.
C53 – One Time Cleaning
C54 – Move In/Move Out
Step 7: Move In/Move Out:
Enter the increase over your One-Time hours (column W) for your Move In/Move Out (column
AC).
If you need to adjust the increase of hours for a Move In/Move out, you can enter the
increase here. If you want to enter a range at specific square footage range, you can
adjust column AC and AE for Move In and Move Out cleanings.
C56 – One Time Cleaning
Step 8:
Review the pricing in the CLEO Rough Pricing worksheet to make sure the pricing is
accurate for your location. If it is not, you will need to adjust as needed.
Saturday Rough Pricing
If you have Saturday pricing move to the tab labeled Saturday Calculation Sheet
You will enter your Saturday pricing into the bottom of the page in the section labeled “Enter
your CLEO Saturday Pricing Information in this section”
Step 1 Pricing Rates:
Enter your Saturday hourly rate for each customer type in the box below
C36 – Will be used to calculate price ranges for Saturday One Time cleanings
C37 – Will be used to calculate price ranges for Saturday Move In/Move Out cleanings
Step 2 Hourly Clean Range:
Enter the range between hours you want to use (you can also manually edit columns S, U, Y
and AA):
If you need to adjust the range of hours for a Saturday One Time or Move In/Move out
cleaning, you can enter the range here. If you want to enter a range at specific square
footage range, you can adjust column S and Y for One Time Cleans.
C39 – One Time Cleaning
C40 – Move In/Move Out
Step 3 Move In/Move Out:
Enter the increase over your one-time clean hours (column S) for your Move In/Move Out
(column Y).
If you need to adjust the increase of hours for a Move In/Move out, you can enter the
increase here. If you want to enter a range at specific square footage range, you can
adjust column Y and AA for Move In and Move Out cleanings.
C42 – One Time Cleaning
Step 4:
Review the pricing in the CLEO Rough Pricing worksheet: Saturday to make sure the
pricing is accurate for your location. If it is not, you will need to adjust as needed.
You are now ready to enter your pricing into CLEO.
Entering Pricing into CLEO
Hourly Pricing
Go to the tab in the excel spreadsheet labeled CLEO Hourly Clean Pricing.
In CLEO go to Settings: Estimate Options: Almost to the bottom of the page, just above the
Estimator App Options there is a box that says Hourly Clean Detail Pricing, check that box
and it will open a box in CLEO that looks like the excel spreadsheet tab.
You will tab between fields and enter each of the numbers from the excel spreadsheet into
CLEO. Please ensure that all boxes have a numeric value in them.
Recurring Pricing
Go to the tab in the excel spreadsheet labeled Calculation Sheet Percentage.
In CLEO go to Settings: Estimate Options: Just above Hourly Clean Detail Pricing, you need to
complete Recurring Quick Quote Settings
The first section is the Wkly Rate Factor which is Column G on your spreadsheet. You will tab
between fields and enter each of the numbers from Column G into the appropriate box in
CLEO.
The next sections are Frequency Increases from Weekly and Estimate Range Percent
increase from Low Rate from the bottom section of the spreadsheet. Enter each of number
from the section below into the matching boxes in CLEO.
The last section is Pricing Rates please make sure that the pricing in these boxes accurately
reflect those you used for this spreadsheet.
