Setting up Zones 

Why Zones? 

  • Zones were designed to give an office the ability to divide their territory into sections for estimate and one-time clean availability, if desired.  

  • Not all Molly Maid locations will need to use zones. 

  • You might need to use zones if: 

  • You have a territory with significant drive time between appointments  

  • You charge different hourly prices in different parts of your territory  

  • Zones are most important for call center and mollymaid.com availability and pricing. 

Additional Zone Information 

  • Each zone you create needs to have its own holding route on the schedule. 

  • All zip codes you service need to be included in a zone. 

  • The call center and mollymaid.com will not be able to provide availability or pricing to zip codes not assigned to a zone 

  • Zip codes in the zone drop down are zips in your owned territory or your radius.

How To Zones

Click the plus under Zones, name y our zone and select the site associated with the zone, then select the zip codes to be included in the zone 

A zip code can only be in one zone
