Payment finder will allow the user to search by payment type or a specific amount during a designated time frame to locate a payor.
- Click on the drop down to select a payment type to search by.
- If the exact dollar amount paid is known, fill out the Amount box.
- Select the date range.
- Click Search.
- Click Export to create an excel document of the results.
- Click the pencil next to the customer’s name to review the customer file.
- Click Clear to remove previous search items.
