3. Launch OUTGOING texts.


You can launch outgoing texts anywhere in CLEO you currently launch SMS texting (e.g., edit the clean, lead screen, customer communication widget, route activity, etc.)

4. Send Message Templates or Draft your own Text


5. INCOMING Texts:


Open an incoming text when the popup appears - either directly from the popup or from the alert above.


6. Quick Actions and Click to Call:


Quick Actions are specific to the type of communications you are viewing (Customer, Lead, Employee, or Unknown)



7.  Searching for messages



8.  Unread Messages are Yellow. 


When viewed, they turn white, and the green text alert above decreases by one.


9.  Clearing/Restoring a Message.


Clearing a Message removes it from the list of text messages.


To restore cleared messages, you simply hit the “Recent” button.


10.  Viewing Photos 


They are visible in the Chat Box, but a right click will also open the image in a new tab if you need a larger view.
