CLEO – January 2022 Release Cliffs Notes

Feature/Enhancements:

1.  Two Way Texting

• We have added the capability to receive text emojis’.

Bug Fixes:

1.  CC Processing - CC Territory Blanking Out:

• Fixed an issue where if you edit a credit card and the reedit the card, the territory will blank out.

2. Employee Record - Office Level Employee ID Missing

Add nightly review to populate any missing employee ID's to stop error during royalties processing.

3. Lead Management - Next Action Sort Issue

• Fixed an issue with sort ensure entries are in order that was due to the formatting of the date field

4. Calamp - Resend Job to Calamp when it gets moved

• Fixed an issue where Calamp was not getting information when a clean is moved on the day of the clean. Calamp made some changes on their side, we are now logging additional Calamp errors for monitoring.

5. Reports

• 
  Rev Projection - Not counting past rev on inactivated routes: All Inactive Routes will now appear on revenue projections.


• 
  Team Leader/Coupon Balance - Includes inactive coupons: Fixed an error that caused inactive coupons to appear on Team Leader report.


• 
  Working Rate Report – fixed the errors in this report so it functions properly.

6. Two Way Texting

• 
  Templates: Exclude inactive message templates: Inactive message templates will no longer appear in the drop down


• 
  OTA Arrival Tags: OTA arrival tags will now populate for offices using two-way texting


• 
  Employee Text Logs/Pictures not showing: Photos will now show in employee text logs.

7. Alerts - Issues when clearing all alerts when office has higher # of alerts:

• Offices that have more than 100 alerts, will be able to clear them without receiving an error message.
