Contact Box

  1. The eyeball allows you to see any inactive contact items.

  2. Clicking this button will allow the user to add additional contact methods.

  3. The pencil allows the user to edit the contact item.

  4. The star indicates the primary contact method.

  5. The headset icon allows the user to use the click to call function if they are using Clarity or RingCentral.

  6. This conversation icon allows you to text the lead.

  7. This conversation icon allows you to email the lead.


Adding A New Contact

  1. Select the type of contact

  2. Input the contact information (i.e., phone number, email)

  3. Add a description for the contact if needed


Edit A Contact

  1. Update any information as needed.

  2. Active box: click to inactivate the contact item.  If it is a phone number, you cannot inactivate unless you first add another phone number and make it primary.  You can only inactivate phone numbers if it is not the primary phone contact.

  3. Click to make the contact item primary if there are multiple same type contact items.

  4. Save.
