Contact Box
- The eyeball allows you to see any inactive contact items.
- Clicking this button will allow the user to add additional contact methods.
- The pencil allows the user to edit the contact item.
- The star indicates the primary contact method.
- The headset icon allows the user to use the click to call function if they are using Clarity or RingCentral.
- This conversation icon allows you to text the lead.
- This conversation icon allows you to email the lead.
Adding A New Contact
- Select the type of contact
- Input the contact information (i.e., phone number, email)
- Add a description for the contact if needed
Edit A Contact
- Update any information as needed.
- Active box: click to inactivate the contact item. If it is a phone number, you cannot inactivate unless you first add another phone number and make it primary. You can only inactivate phone numbers if it is not the primary phone contact.
- Click to make the contact item primary if there are multiple same type contact items.
- Save.
