CLEO and Clarity

Follow these instructions to make CLEO work with Clarity for Inbound and Outbound calls.


Clarity and CLEO

 

To make Clarity work for your Incoming Calls

  1. Add your extensions and click connect

To make Clarity work for your Outbound Calls – Click to Call

  1. You need to add a click to call number in the franchise setup > communication screen (see below) it would be the same # as their main number
