Follow these instructions to make CLEO work with Clarity for Inbound and Outbound calls.

To make Clarity work for your Incoming Calls
- Add your extensions and click connect
To make Clarity work for your Outbound Calls – Click to Call
- You need to add a click to call number in the franchise setup > communication screen (see below) it would be the same # as their main number
