Lead Management: Auto Pursuing

All leads residing in the Auto Pursuing tab, will follow the automated CLEO 21 day journey.  These leads have not been connected with or given a price.

1) To start the Automated Pursuing CRM:

   Set the Lead Status to Auto Pursuing

   
   


2. 
   

   Set the Next Action to AE – Day 2 Follow Up

   
   


3. 
   

   Select the day you want the automated messages to run.  It will pick up leads with a past date the next time it runs.

   
   

2)  Automated Flow

Look for AE or AT:  When a lead is in any of these Automated Next Actions, the next message will automatically be sent

3)  What do you do at the end of the automated process?

When the next action is Ready For Dead it has received all the automated messages.  Proceed to your Dead Lead procedures.
