Calculations:
- Hourly Rate Calculation: ([Standard Price * Pay Rate] / 100)
- Cancel % Calculation: ([Number of Customers in one Cancel Reason * 100]) / Sum of Customers in all the Cancel Reasons)
- Working Rate Calculation: Standard Price / (Time in House*Tech Count)
