Lead Record:  Service Addresses

Service address is the address that has a cleaning appointment attached to it.  To inactivate a service address, the user must inactivate the appropriate address in the Address Box.  This will automatically inactivate that service address associated.

1. The eyeball will display any inactive service addresses and the information attached to it.


2. Click the road map to map the lead/customer in CLEO. It will display as a pushpin on the map within CLEO.


3. To edit specific details about the service address such as cleaning notes, directions, route preferences, etc. click the pencil to open.

1. Update or add information regarding clean specifications and directions. This area can also highlight the leads/customers hotspots.


2. Update or add information regarding security access.


3. Update to include directions. Directions always start from the office.  Modify as appropriate
