This document shows the mapping feature from the main menu.
Mapping
1. From the main menu select Maps.
2. You will then see the map. At the top of the page are two Map Menus, 1) Groups 2) Maps
3. In the Groups Menu you will see
- County lines puts the county lines on the map
- Franchise in Route – this only works on a map from the route schedule
- Show Geo-Fences – this only works on a map from the route schedule
- Show Offices – puts a pushpin in the map for all local Molly Maid offices. Hovering over a pushpin will give you the information about that specific Molly Maid office. Including owner name, dba, phone number and address.
- Owned Territories – puts your territory on the map in pink
- Neighbor Territories – puts your neighbor territories on the map in yellow
- Customers – this map is a heat map and shows where the concentration of your customers are, the red areas have the most customers, then yellow, and then blue. As you zoom in you will see more individual push pins, which denote where your actual customers are. Once you see a pushpin, you can hover over it and it will tell you the information on that customer.
- Leads – puts all current leads on the map. They are color coded by Lead Status:
- Yellow – Unclosed Opportunity
- Blue – Hourly Clean Booked
- Orange – Pursuing
- Purple – Estimate Booked
- Green – New Lead
- Blue Pushpins are the Auto Pursuing, Auto Unclosed or Occ to Recurring
- You can zoom down to an individual lead and get basic customer information.
4. In the Map Menu you will see two map routes Menus
5. Under Map Modes, you can map the route of a team either with 1) Details or 2) Crow Flies
Once you check details, then you click Map Routes, and it will update the map as you have chosen.
Details View – shows you the details of how the route would be driven
Crow Flies – show you the route in straight lines
6. Under Map Modes, you can map all or any routes you select
Once you Check All, or select the routes you want to map, click Map Routes, and it will update the map as you have chosen.
