CREATING A MESSAGE TEMPLATE
From the main menu > Select Settings > Click on Message Templates
You will see a list of existing Active templates.
To Add a new template, click on the plus icon
To Edit an existing template, click on the pencil icon
Click on the + icon to add a new temple and a Screen will populate to the right.
Name: The template name will not be seen by the Lead. It is a quick reference to know what information it contains (i.e. unclosed Estimate)
Subject: The subject is viewable by the Lead and will be what appears in the Subject line of the email
Message Type:
Select HTMLEmail for all email templates.
Select Autodial for autodial templates
Select Letter for Letter templates
Select SMS for texting templates
Notification Type: Select Customer Email for all email templates.
Body: Write in what you want the customer to read.
All emails should end with a signature. You can use the Tag [User.Signature] to make sure the person who is logged into CLEO has their signature in the email.
Click save when your email is complete.
