Unclosed Opportunity
If the Estimator does not close the sale in the home and the lead has not given a definitive yes or no, change your Next Action to Unclosed Opportunity.
There are four options to choose from:
Ready for Dead: Lead has said no or follow up process has been exhausted.
Follow up opportunity: Lead has not given an answer and office is in the middle of the follow up process
Send info Opportunity: Office to send information to lead
Unclosed Estimate Opportunity: Opportunity for office to follow up on a performed estimate.
