Lead Management: Auto Unclosed Opp

Any leads that reside in the Auto Unclosed Opportunity tab will follow the automated CLEO 91 day journey.  These leads have been given an estimate on price.


To start the Automated Unclosed Op CRM:




  1. Set the Lead Status to Auto Unclosed Op




  2. Set the Next Action to AT – Day 1 Follow Up




  3. Select the day you want the automated messages to run.  It will pick up leads with a past date the next time it runs.

2)  Automated Flow


Look for AE or AT:  When a lead is in any of these Automated Next Actions, the next message will automatically be sent

3)  What do you do at the end of the automated process?


When the next action is Ready For Dead it has received all the automated messages.  Proceed to your Dead Lead procedures.
