Update Your Credit Card Convenience Fee

Go To Settings: Surcharges

1. Click the Pencil in front of the Credit Card Convenience Fee.  If you have more than one, like in the image below, you need to know which is the current fee.  The Current Fee is the one with No Date End.  This change will go into effect as soon as you save in CLEO.          
2.  Type the new amount of your Credit Card Convenience Fee in the field then click save.
3.  You will see a new Credit Card Convenience Fee in your list, with the updated amount.   
4. If you click the pencil, you will see the updated amount and the current date as the Date Start.
5. This will now be affective when you click Auto In Route Activity.
