Script Replacement Language

These are some options for Script Replacement in the One Time Clean/Move In/Move Out version of the script.    


Go to Settings: User Defined Values: Scripting.  Once you have edited the tags, click save at the top.

You can use one of these templates or create your own language.


1. Script Tag 1 is the OTC Close:



  • For this type of service, we charge by the hour for a team of two.

  • For this type of service, we charge by the hour for a team of two, but sometimes we will send a team of three.

2. Script Tag 2 is the Credit Card/Payment Information



  • To secure your time slot, I need to collect a credit card. Your card is not charged until the day of your clean and only if you decide to use it as your payment method.

  • We accept cash or check in payment or, as an alternate means of payment, we can accept a credit card with a $X. XX convenience fee added to each transaction. Further, we do need a credit card on file to hold this cleaning appointment for you. We will not charge your credit card unless you ask us to or payment by cash or check is not made at the time of the cleaning

  • To secure your time slot, I need to collect your credit card details. Your card is not charged until the day of your clean and only if you decide to use it as your payment method. We will pre-authorize your credit card on the day of the clean. (Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Name on Credit Card, Security Code, Billing Address). A credit card convenience fee of $3.50 is charged if you elect to pay by credit card as an alternative to cash or check payment. Please note that if you give us a debit card and subsequently use another payment method you bank can be slow to release these funds back to you.


To book this cleaning, we require a $XX.XX non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your cleaning. We accept cash or check in payment or, as an alternate means of payment, we can accept a credit card with a $X. XX convenience fee added to each transaction. Further, we do need a credit card on file to hold this cleaning appointment for you.mceclip4.png


3.  Script Tag 3 is the Guarantee



  • Our guarantee is simple. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours to arrange for us to come back and re-clean the specific areas that did not meet your expectations.

  • Let me take a moment to tell you about our guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any area your Molly Maid team has cleaned, and payment for your clean has been made, then just inform us within 24 hours and we will cheerfully reclean the area without additional charge. Please note that recleaning of areas is your only remedy under this guarantee. Also, please note if you have limited the areas for your clean, our guarantee only applies to the areas you have specified.

  • Service Interruption: A service interruption fee may be incurred if a 72-hour notice is not given or access to the home is not available.

  • If you are not completely satisfied and your account is paid in full, then just inform us by the end of the next business day and we will cheerfully reclean the area.  Recleaning areas, as provided under this warranty, is your only remedy.
