Accessing the Inbound Call Script
*When the phone rings, you should be starting the inbound call script.
There are two ways to access the Inbound call script.
The easiest way is to use the telephone icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to the right of the refresh button . When you click on the telephone icon, it will start the Inbound Call Script.
The second way to access the Inbound Call Script is to click on scripting on the menu bar.
After clicking on the Scripting tab, the page will open the Call Script List and Call History.
This will automatically launch the Inbound Call Script.
