Scripting Tab

Things to Know:  The script can be accessed multiple ways.  The Inbound script can be launched via the telephone icon at the top of the browser.  The outbound script can be opened from the Customer/lead file and in lead management.


The Script tab allows the user to launch both the inbound and outbound scripts from this screen.  It only logs each time the inbound and outbound call scripts were launched and is not indicative of the number of actual phone calls that come into the office.



1.  The user can search for specific items for a date range of their choosing.


2.  Click search to produce results.


3.  Click clear to remove previous search items.


4.  Export the list to excel.


5.  Outcome shows how the script was ended.

  • Call Attempt:  Attempted an outbound call; hung up (maybe the voicemail was full)
  • Call Attempt Left Message:  Attempted an outbound call an left a voicemail
  • Customer Not Saved:  Customer called wanted to Perm Cancel; at the end of the call the customer cancelled
  • Customer Saved:  Customer called wanted to Perm Cancel; at the end of the call the customer DID NOT cancel
  • Employments Inquiry: Caller was looking for a job
  • Estimate booked:  Caller interested in for recurring service; an in-home estimate was booked
  • Estimate non booked: Caller interested in recurring service, an in-home estimate was NOT booked
  • Existing Customer Call:  Caller is an existing customer needed assistance, but not related to Permanent cancel
  • Not Salable:  Caller was not looking cleaning, or service we provide
  • Office Call: Call that needed to be handled by an office employee
  • OTC/Occasional Clean Booked:  Caller interested in a One Time Clean/Occasional Clean; a clean was booked 
  • OTC/Occasional Clean NOT Booked:  Caller interested in a One Time Clean/Occasional Clean; a clean was NOT booked
  • Outside Service Area:  Caller is not inside a Molly Maid territory
  • Test/Training:  Testing or Training
  • Transfer Lead:  This caller is not in your Molly Maid territory and was transferred to a neighboring owner


6.  Call Type indicates if the person being called was a customer or an employee


7.  Name of the customer or employee if their file is in CLEO. The name can be clicked to access their file.


8.  Direction indicates whether it was an inbound or outbound call


9.  Script notates whether the inbound or outbound lead script was launched.


10.  Employee displays the employee who launched the script.


11.  Duration is how long the script lasted.


12.  End Call Time indicates the date and the time that the call was ended.



1.  Click the pencil next to the file to view more details.  The below image is displayed when the pencil is clicked.
