Accessing the Outbound Call Script


*This script is used when you are calling a lead who has submitted a service inquiry request.


There are three ways to access the Outbound call script.


The first way to access the Outbound call script, is through lead management.

  1. Select Lead Management

  2. Select the bucket that you would like to begin your follow up process


The below image appears once a bucket has been selected.

1.  Select a lead and click on the telephone icon and it will automatically launch the outbound call script.


2.  Another way to access the Outbound Call Script is through the lead file.  Click on the pencil  to open the lead file

3.  Click on the Quick Action button.

4.  Click on Outgoing Call Script to launch it.


The third way to begin the Outbound Call Script is to click on scripting on the menu bar.

After clicking on the Scripting tab, the page will open the Call Script List and Call History.

1.  Type:  Select Outbound

2.  Script: Select Outbound Lead Script


This will automatically launch the Outbound Call Script.
